Duties: 
EXCEED is looking for highly motivated individuals to come forward and join our team. This is a VIRTUAL RECRUITING POSITION therefore you can work from Home at any geographical location.  You need to maintain your own portfolio of clients and recruit for them. We  provide complete back office structure to support your needs. This is a challenging position that requires at least 60 hrs. /week. Our recruiters work extended hours and on weekends. No experience is required. ANYONE can apply!

Pay and Benefits: 
Because of the extremely high commission structure, this position is for commission only, NO BASE SALARY.  With our unique Commission structure, We pay up to 60% of commission. YES! 60% Commission to the recruiters.
