Job Title: Account Administrator Support

Duties: We are currently recruiting for a multitasked talented AA to support our remote sales team. Qualified candidates should have at least 4 years of Administrative support in a fast past environment with excellent computer skills. This is a home- based position. You will Provide back-up for other branches, provide solutions to problems related to processes or customers, Promote good communication and relationships between field admin, internal teams, and management, Create & develop advanced report modules that are branch or client specific, Assist with interviewing and placing of administrative staff members, Investigate & negotiate credits and billing issues, Process all orders, Review all orders before processing to determine any special instructions, completeness of information, agreements, etc.
