NOW RECRUITING ONLINE SUPPORT AGENTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS TO JOIN OUR TALENTED TEAM OF CYBER CRUISE EXPERTS.
Online Support Agent Requirements:
You must be familiar with the various cruise ships and ports of call. (We suggest: Complete Guide to Cruising & Cruise Ships  )
Purpose: To convert on-line inquiries into bookings and to sell insurance.
Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a telephone interview. All candidates must successfully complete a credit check (See your Credit Score for $0 It’s Free and available in seconds.)  and a criminal/employment background check.
Salary Benefits:
We offer a base salary plus competitive monthly/quarterly incentive plan, travel benefits, vacation benefits, and more. You must be able to work a 40-hour, five day workweek answering calls on any shift and on weekends.
